Originally a warehouse and offices of Savannah Electric and Power Company, this 17,974-square-foot building also has housed a paper company, a dairy supplier, tourist gift/coffee shops and various dance clubs that boasted "Savannah's largest dance floor." In the spacious, two-floor River Club, SCAD hosts a variety of college events and conferences.
